Stainless Steel 321 Welded Tube can be supplied in various sizes and shapes. They are available with plain, beveled, or threaded ends. They are available in standard lengths as well as custom lengths. They are also available in round, rectangular, and square shapes. Stainless Steel 321 Welded Tubes may be provided with capped or bare ends, or may be supplied with a coating. Tubes up to three inches in OD will be packaged in bundles. Tubes with capped ends are typically wrapped in polypropylene sheets and secured with flat steel bands.
Stainless Steel 321 Welded Tubes are a good choice for high-temperature applications. Their corrosion resistance and high tensile and fatigue strength make them an excellent choice for a range of industrial and chemical processes. They are ideal for high-pressure hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and also in general corrosive environments.
Stainless Steel 321H Welded Tube is a modified version of 321 Stainless Steel Tube, with a higher carbon content. This austenitic stainless steel is also enriched with titanium, which provides stability even at high temperatures. Stainless Steel 321H Welded Tube has high tensile strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and resistance to carbide precipitation, and is commonly used for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and pharmaceutical equipment.
Grade 321H Welded Tubes are made from austenitic stainless steel. It has excellent corrosion resistance and is an ideal material for welding and processing. Its carbon content makes it a great choice for high-temperature applications. Its smooth exterior also provides added protection against corrosion.
Stainless Steel 321H Welded provide excellent machinability. The material also has the benefit of being non-magnetic. This alloy is also hardened and creep-resistant, which makes it suitable for high-temperature applications.
