Stainless Steel 321 Welded Pipes are made of austenitic stainless steel with a titanium chemistry. It is highly resistant to intergranular corrosion and is a good choice for high-temperature applications. Type 321 is available in a variety of shapes and sizes and meets the requirements of ASTM A240 and AMS 5510. Stainless Steel 321 Welded Pipes are available in sizes from 1/2 inch to 12 inch. It can also be manufactured in various SCHs, from 5 to 10 and from 40 mm to 450 mm in diameter. Its ductility is high, and it is easy to weld. Moreover, it is available in competitive prices.
AISI 321 Welded pipes have the same properties as the Stainless Steel 304 Welded pipes. The main difference between the two is that 321 pipe contains Titanium, which is approximately five times as much as carbon. This material is much more corrosion resistant and has excellent forming and welding properties. Stainless Steel 321 Welded pipes are widely used in high-temperature applications. Stainless Steel 321 Welded pipes have a high corrosion resistance and can withstand temperatures up to 1500 degrees F (427 degrees C). standards. These pipes are also called UNS S32100 / S32109. These pipes are
available in a variety of thicknesses and sizes.
Stainless Steel 321H Welded Pipes also
has the properties of being resistant to air corrosion, sterilizing solutions,
and other organic and inorganic substances. The chemical concentration of SS
321H welded pipes has a new titanium additive that is four times the carbon
content in the combination, which decreases the mechanism of chromium carbide precipitation.
As a result, SS 321 Welded Pipes have improved welding characteristics and
function well when exposed to high temperatures. Stainless steel 321H Welded
Pipes are also resistant to sensitization. These welded pipes are generally
used in heat exchangers, exhaust stacks & aircraft exhaust manifolds,
refinery equipment, furnace parts, thermal oxidizers, expansion joints,
multipurpose storage units, and food processing machines. The SS 321 Grade is a
Chromium-Nickel Alloy of Stainless Steel material. Because they are used for
subterranean chemical treatments and operations, these Stainless Steel 321
Welded Pipes offer high resistance to liquid corrosion. Compared to other
Stainless Steel grades, SS 321 and 321H Welded Pipes offer a higher class of resilience
to intergranular corrosion.
When choosing between seamless and welded pipes, remember
that Stainless
Steel Welded Pipes are the more economical option. Welded Pipes are usually
more rigid than Stainless
Steel Seamless Pipes, so welded pipes are preferred for certain
applications. The two types are similar in appearance, but the differences are
the process used to manufacture them.
