The presence of molybdenum offers excellent resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. In addition, the inclusion of copper helps in resisting reducing environments such as those containing sulfuric acid or chloride ions. Applications
Alloy 825 Round Bar is highly versatile and used in various industries such as chemical processing, oil and gas, and marine engineering. Alloy UNS N08825 Round Bars are utilized extensively in the production of components for equipment used in sulfuric acid plants, seawater equipment, heat exchangers, and chemical processing equipment.
